IMAGE USAGE...
Copyright
All
of the images on this site are the copyrighted property of Paul Myhill
Art and Paul Myhill, the Artist. As granted by law, the Artist also
retains the copyright on any originals sold.
Non-Commercial
Usage
The
Artist's main motivation is to see God glorified through his art.
As such, permission will be granted in most cases for any images to
be downloaded for personal, non-commercial or ministry purposes. The
potential user is asked to e-mail the Artist at studio@paulmyhill.com
to inform him of such intended usage. Permission is contingent on
such communication and an affirmative response.
For
public usage in any form, tangible or electronic, the user is required
to post an Artist credit, copyright statement or, preferably, a reference
to this website directly in conjunction with any single image and
immediately prior to, or immediately after, a grouping of images.
This will be deemed consideration for the free use of the images in
a non-commercial or ministry context.
Commercial
Usage
Any
usage of a commercial nature, or that provides economic benefit to
the user in any form, is permitted only with the prior written consent
and fee arrangement with the Artist. Such usage also requires the
necessary artist credit/copyright statements or website address reference.

ORIGINAL SALES...
Private/Corporate Collections
The
Artist is self-represented. Purchase inquiries can be directed to
him via e-mail at studio@paulmyhill.com.
Please put "Purchase Inquiry" in the subject line of the
message. Artwork originals are only discounted in the event of multiple-piece
purchases. Ten percent of all proceeds are donated to established
mission agencies or missionaries serving with them.
Mission
Agencies/Churches/Para-Church Ministries/Non-Profit Agencies
Make
your donation really count. In order to provide for the edification
of the body in larger-group settings, the Artist is willing to donate
50% of art sale proceeds to a qualifying organization for which a
piece is purchased and donated. The artwork must be purchased on behalf
of the organization and shipped directly to their principal location.
Within two weeks subsequent to the sale, the Artist will forward funds
to the organization in the amount of the additional donation and will
send a separate donation confirmation to the purchaser.
ART
REPRODUCTION SALES...
Gift
cards have already been printed and will be available soon. The first
offering is "Therefore Go" which is printed in full color
with the Great Commission passage (Matthew 28:18-20) printed on the
back of the card. The card is blank inside. Please check back soon
or request inclusion on an e-mail notification list at studio@paulmyhill.com
with "Gift Cards" in the subject line of the message.
Due
to the overwhelming interest in a variety of pieces, the Artist is
currently arranging for a series of limited-edition prints as well
as a line of novelty gift items. For e-mail notification, or to offer
suggestions on which pieces you would like to see as fine art prints
or other products, please contact the Artist at studio@paulmyhill.com
with "Prints/Gifts" in the subject line of the message.
